Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest to administer a 401K plan for our small business. They helped explain it to us, and enrolled employees for us.

Pros

  • Customer service is prompt
  • They came recommended from a trusted advisor
  • They seem to be thorough

Cons

  • I'd like to have a direct email address or phone number of a dedicated rep
  • It provides a sense of security to our employees
  • It also gives our owners trust that Human Interest knows what they're doing
  • It improved our participation rate
I don't often login into my account. But from what I've seen, that much has been impressive.

This is our first year with Human Interest, and also our first year to have a 401K plan. So, They seem to have things under control, overall. But I'm waiting until we completed a year end with them to pass judgment.
