Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest for our 403b. It doesn't really solve any business problems..

Pros

  • Easy admin platform management
  • Communication (email updates with requirements, etc)
  • Easy plan administration

Cons

  • Automatic enrollment is nottttt favorable amongst our staff and I don't think it should be a requirement.
  • We are charged for a concierge but the 3 times I've reached out to our account contact they haven't responded at all.
  • I hate to say I don't really have any feedback on this question at this time.
It's incredibly easy to navigate. Very intuitive and user-friendly.
We didn't really search for others; Human Interest was the preferred 403b provider for our services through Rippling.

The only "cons" are: requirement for automatic enrollment, and the "concierge" fees are not worth it.
