Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest to enroll people into our 401k, as well as update any changes made by the employee.

The site makes it easy to makes changes, add new employees and terminate those who leave our company.

  • Make it easier to add employee hire on information
  • Allow easier access to help topics under FAQ
  • Quickly adds/terminates employees
  • Allows for easy changes to plans by the employee
  • Automatically notices of eligibility is a time saver
The ease with which this entire dashboard can be used is extremely well thought out.

Adding in new employees is a very smooth process, especially when dealing with multiple employees at a time.

I think it would be easier to search employees by only having the active employees come up under search, as compared to having the terminated employees in the search mix.
