Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

Human Interest handles our benefits. It's easier and more streamlined than our previous vendor (Paychex) but we have had some challenges understanding the integration between Human Interest and Gusto. Both are new to our organization.

Pros

  • The people are smart, proactive, and responsive
  • The online interface is very easy to use and easy to undrstand
  • Setting up meetings and changing/cancelling meetings is super easy

Cons

  • The integration with Gusto has been challenging.
  • We would have benefited from more direct to employee communication
  • Definitely feel it will help my ROI in terms of employee retention
  • Also less expensive than Paychex and saves me time
Human Interest's communication is clear and straightforward and the interface works well.
It's not even close. Paychex Flex is expensive, confusing, and the customer service is abominable. Human Interest is better across every front, at least so far.
