Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

We use Human Interest to manage our 401k for our employees.

Pros

  • Their customer service has been great.

Cons

  • I would love to not receive an email each month for an employee who is not on the plan that tells me that employee data needs attention when it doesn't
  • It's been easy to set up and nice that it's integrated with payroll.
Human Interest's usability has been fine.
