Human Interest provides our companies 401(K) solution

  • Integrates with our Payroll solution
  • Easy to set up
  • cost efficient

Cons

  • ability to opt out after initial account is set up, currently, you can only opt out via initial email
  • Provides an additional benefit option
  • Shows our company cares about our employees futures
Support has a good response time and I have found very little need to contact support as there have been no real issues to speak of.
Very transparent.
