Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

To manage and deliver 401(k) benefits for my employees.

Cons

  • I'm still unclear on how this is managed & whether I'm managing it correctly (as an employer)
  • It doesn't appear that my contributions are invested (?)

  • Unclear at this point - on one hand, it's very easy to set up; on the other, very difficult to see any kind of ROI out of this, especially when compared to other platforms.
The one interaction I had with support was left open with no response. I'm surprised to learn there is a customer support function.
I'm still unclear about what I'm actually paying for - or not - and the value of that.
This leans into the "too simple" category where there isn't enough information up front and lacks any depth to get to the information I'm looking for.
I don't know what competes with Human Interest; as an employer, this is my first interaction with a 401(k) platform. As an employee, this lacks a lot of the functionality I'm used to seeing in other platforms.

Great for small business, but still needs some work to make obvious things easier & more visible for both the employer and employees.
