Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud File Storage
We use IBM Cloud File Storage integrated with Watson Assistant, which is how we managed to make documents available to users of cognitive chats. In addition, we have a tool, Chat Tools, where documents are generated so that the curator can analyze user interactions in conversations with the Bot, and when stored in IBM Cloud File Storage, it is possible to have quick access, in addition to being able to match with your peers for continuous improvement of integrations with Watson Assistant.
- Availability. During the period of use, we had no case of unavailability, and this is important.
- Easy management
- Easy integration via API
- Endpoint that returns the file in base64, today it is necessary to do it in the backend of an application
- Having a reliable environment to deliver to bot users is of great impact for the company.
- Possibility of storing several reports and being able to share them among curation peers for improvement with Watson Assistant
