IBM has been great for service and support. From the beginning, they helped our team learn the software so that we can help educate our clients on it. We want to make sure our clients are as confident as they can be in their backup storage, and IBM has helped equip us to do that.
IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions is better for clients on a dollar to dollar basis compared to AWS Backup. It allows customers to easily see how much resources they are using in the cloud (a feature not fully available with AWS). This helps save them money and be smarter with their backup storage.
