No - it was so easy - without much support we were up and running within hours.
Ustream is very easy to use from both the management side as well as the user side.
We use Ustream to host three popular webcams around the aquarium. Live webcams are a big attraction for our website and help us to keep our guests engaged long after their visit.

We've used Ustream to re-engage our web visitor audience. We even themed our holiday card and landing environment around the newest webcam (Blue Blubber Jellyfish) and continue to find that our audience is engaged with the content.
We were going to go with the "free"/unsupported route with YouTube Live, but Ustream has really allowed us to be more "hands off" with stability and security so that we can focus on the fun stuff like promotion.
The product is great and deserves a 10/10.

The reason I can't go to the maximum is that Ustream is fundamentally an expensive solution, considering that YouTube Live and Facebook will host and stream video for free.
