Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Video (including Ustream)

Team was well staffed and turned around requests and updates quickly. Team very responsive and held meetings as often as asked. Great group of people to work with.
The solution met our product objectives and delivered on time, on budget, on quality.
It is being used as a video library and a live stream/chat platform to supplement our convention efforts. It is currently being used by our Field/Events department and Technology. This platform is for our field and customers. It is not for employee training. This platform solves how we share the viral R+F culture without having to be in person and makes that experience evergreen.

Pros

  • Uptime, load and performance robustness.
  • Fast development team and detailed understanding of business requirements/user needs.
  • Great user experience and digital product. Our customers loved it.

Cons

  • Not many. Some features had to be custom built. Some should have been native to the platform.
Video streaming and video libraries. Great applications of the platform.
