Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Virtual Servers for VPC
We need some insurance enrollment applications with nearly 4K users once in a year for around 3 months and we find it extremely useful to host the applications on the IBM Virtual Cloud Servers.

- We use this server regularly when we need some high volume applications and saves us nearly 80% every year in terms we of Hardware & Software upgrades
- Since we can scale down after the peak usage, we save around 75% of VPC charges also as we resort to a monthly billing
- Since we can provision a server almost instantly from the dashboard itself, we have full control of all aspects
As already stated our costs are reduced by 75% as the transient pricing enables us to dynamically re provision resources at will any time thereby reducing overall expenses
Sorry , we have not reached that level of usage, but are slowly moving towards that
As our compliance regulations require us to maintain the servers in our country itself , we find that IBM has servers in more than one location in India and so this helps us comply and also redundancy is possible for DRP policies as well and we are extremely satisfied
