Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloudability
We use IBM Cloudability for Budget Management purposes. It helps address problems such as budget tracking, encumbrances, and data uploads. IBM Cloudability helps address those issues because it allows us to see our budget data in a more organized scope. It also allows us to present our data for other Directors to view their own Departmental budgets
Pros
- Better visibility for budget data
- Easy upload process for data
- Better ability to compare budget data between departments
Cons
- Could allow for more up-to-date info to be more easily available
- Make it a bit easier to navigate website
- Allow for more options to upload and organize budget data
- Has allowed for more Directors to be up to date with their Budget data and know where they are standing
- Has saved thousands of dollars in that each agency does not have to pay for individual budget management.
- Has saved hours of time by making the data easily uploadable instead of having to manually organize all the data.
- IBM Apptio (formerly ApptioOne)
Using the multiple Apptio products has helped us quite a bit. It has helped the [...] manage its budget and make it presentable to Directors. From easy access on the back end of Apptio to the presentation of the budget data on the front, Apptio has helped make budget data more readily available to Directors so that they can see where they stand.
I like IBM Cloudability compared to IBM SPSS Statistics because I think SPSS is a bit outdated. In my opinion, IBM Cloudability is more modern and helps present data better than SPSS could. Compared to Microsoft 365, I would say they are about even. One thing I like about Microsoft 365 compared to IBM Cloudability is data manipulation is a bit easier with formulas which I can't say I have been able to do with IBM Cloudability.
