Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloudant
We use IBM Cloudant for the hospital mobile health application. We also use IBM Cloudant as our primary database backup system and I can say everything has been working well. The IBM Cloudant uptime and search features are what make it best as our database backup system. IBM Cloudant delivers high-level service.

- Downloading data from IBM Cloudant [I feel] can sometimes be a painful process.
- IBM Cloudant is very secure and we never have to worry about losing data/unauthorized access
- It is one of the best data backup system and works well
- Global availability means it is easy to connect to the nearest data center and this reduces load time which is great.
By being fully managed, as the lead IT team I can relax and focus on other things because I do not have to worry about scaling, maintenance, operations. Even in case of problems, I can get notified - we haven't experienced problems yet.
