Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo Application Suite

We use MAS8 Manage from IBM Maximo Application Suite at my organization.

Pros

  • Work Order Management
  • Interfaces to other systems
  • Work Order CU

Cons

  • Red Hat Open shift scaling. it does not support that yet
  • better use of Cloud technology
I find that IBM Maximo Application Suite interfacing into 60 systems is the most valuable thing.
nothing - we had old system it replaced that did what we needed

I personally recommend that when working with the IBM Maximo Application Suite, do not customize things even though it allows that. Stay in the box
