In our organization, We use IBM Maximo Application Suite for equipment inventory and to manage maintenance records.

  • Some GUI (graphical user interface) can be redesigned to make it more intuitive for new users
  • Improve compliance

If asked, I think I am likely to recommend IBM Maximo Application Suite to a colleague because, in my experience, The IBM Maximo Application Suite application is suited for record maintenance. In my opinion, Some navigation is not very intuitive in IBM Maximo Application Suite.
