Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo Application Suite
Work orders — we use them to report and track issues. The database maintains a history of submissions and includes contact information so the appropriate personnel can be reached for troubleshooting or to gather additional information on work orders.
Pros
- Everything located in one area to identify problems, contact info, and resolving issues.
- Comprehensive history.
- Effective routing.
Cons
- I would like to see less down time with Maximo outages.
- Improved compliance.
A single environment for reporting and tracking issues.
Unsure, new to the company, and have only seen Maximo. I haven't been exposed to the environment without it, but it's been useful for generating/tracking work orders and maintaining a sense of the timeline so tasks don't fall behind or go unresolved.
