Power Systems Virtual Server on IBM Cloud for AIX/Linux
Overall Satisfaction with IBM Power Virtual Server
Our organization had on premise servers, but has been transitioning to cloud since last 2 years. This product has enabled us to reduce number of physical servers and thus saving costs. It is currently being used in different projects ranging from our application to simulations by research team (which is heavy on computation and needs to be robust.

- vSphere and Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS)
IBM Power Virtual Server has been easier to use in hybrid environments than any other options considered. Workload balancing works amazing. Our organization was already using IBM services for storage and managing databases, which influenced us to go for the service. Some of these services are connected with IBM Power Virtual Server.
IBM has been in forefront of providing secure services. We have been using a lot of their services and security has never been a concern. Data is moved in an encrypted form. Its periodic security patches provide protections against latest vulnerabilities.
IBM Power Virtual Server has enabled us to define hybrid workloads, which has significantly reduced our cost and has boosted our efficiency. We have been able to support our research team by running simulations which required high performance computing. This wouldn't have been possible without its great usability.
