Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

As an RPA engineer, process miners are part of my work tools, and IBM Process Mining has been a premium version. I'm using it to pinpoint the bottlenecks and inefficiencies in bots and almost all workflows. With IBM Process Mining, I'm able to discover flaws in processes at any stage, either in performance or operation wise, and fix them.

Pros

  • Creating process models is quite easy as most of the work is automated.
  • It's a good monitor for performance and with very high accuracy levels.
  • Data visualization is through simple drag and drop actions.

Cons

  • Visualizing data is all nice until you start comparing variants where it gets a bit clustered.
  • High quality analytics help with identifying issues on RPA bots.
  • It has helped us establish superb automation plans for ourselves and our clients.
The support team was very helpful right from acquisition all through. I remember having a hard time with document processing for reports. The attending member of the support team took me through, and I'm indebted to her.

Using IBM Process Mining as an RPA engineer has been of great help, especially where bots have inconsistencies or performance issues. It displays all-important variants well, and most of the time, I'm able to pinpoint the issues with just a few seconds into the monitor. It's also incredible with simulations before model launch, and I can adjust RPA bots with great ease.
