Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation

RPA (IBM Robotic Process Automation) as we affectionately call it is use for automating our banking transaction processes. There are so many processes that are manually done by Tellers at the banking halls to complete transactions for client. We have over 20 processes automated using IBM Robotic Process Automation. Staff have been reassigned to different task as IBM Robotic Process Automation has taken over these manual processes, increasing efficiency in delivery of service to clients in the banking halls.

Pros

  • Integration with Systems is very easy
  • Process automation is simple. Once you have your script right

Cons

  • Add capability to integrate with deployment tools
  • Transaction statement processes Automated has saved resources time taken to approve these requests.
  • Card support team implemented a process on IBM Robotic Process Automation to facilitate card production, which has reduced the backlogs
