IBM SPSS: Making data analysis fast and efficient!

IBM SPSS is being used at my organization by the Organizational Performance Department. We use it to evaluate our programs and to research topics in the social services area. Results are then used in presentations, publications, and shared with our program directors to create action plans for organizational and program improvement.

With SPSS, my company has been able to save a great deal of time in analyzing quarterly data, particularly customer and employee satisafction data. It is more efficient in analysis than Excel, and has allowed us to streamline some of our processes, especailly when working as a team.

Again, my department evaluates the various programs in the organization in order to develop quality improvement efforts. SPSS aids this by allowing us to analyze data quickly and efficiently.
