Overall Satisfaction with IBM SPSS Statistics
I learned IBM SPSS as part of my course in college and then went on to do an internship (through the college) where I had to use this tool. We used it for market research and customer analysis, to put it broadly. It helped us to forecast trends. While my experience with SPSS was limited, I know my colleagues who use it to execute far more complex models, and they all highly recommend it.
- Predictive Analysis.
- Data Management.
- Various statistical tests.
- UI is clunky.
- Digital collaboration.
- Integration with other tools.
Would be safe to say that IBM SPSS has cut our data analysis time by half, it has enabled us to take strategic decisions via predictive analysis.
SPSS has improved our decision making with data driven insights and it has given us an edge by optimizing our marketing spends.

I didn't need it, I was quite satisfied with the existing support. They got back to me in a timely manner with a resolution, there are also plenty of resources available in the forum and online so I'd highly recommend go through that and only if it's still needed, then reach out to support.
I was having trouble signing into a new device of mine from my account, it was an issue at my end, they got back to me quickly and helped me resolve this.
