Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

Using IBM Watson, we have automated several operation processes and HR processes. Using the same, we have made our systems accessible to all. IBM Watson has also proved to be helpful while making some IoT products for our clients and some of our internal employees as well. It has amazing features and customizability to the infinity is again an amazing thing about IBM Watson.
  • Provide assistance to internal employees with daily tasks
  • Provide assistance with operations & HR related automations
  • Scheduling meetings and managing reminders
  • The UI can be improved a bit with some modern design structure
  • Some functionalities and cross platform usage can be done
  • Little more flexibility with API would have helped
  • Improved cost optimization and helped [manage] things
  • Request handling has greatly been improved

It's very easy to establish and handle things. It has compatibility which no other thing can do. Also, IBM Watson has proved to be so helpful, not just internally, but [it has] also [given] us growth by enabling us to serve other customers and receive the benefit. IBM Watson is amazing and hence has [given] us stability in growth and has increased our productivity.
Artificial intelligence has provided us to grow further without doing monotonous tasks again and again. AI can now handle the stuff and can do things on [its] own. NLP serves us best in many ways to our internal employees. Both of these things have also brought income as we use these to help our customers.
IBM has capabilities [that] MATLAB couldn't serve. [IBM] Watson can deal very smoothly with AI and NLP capabilities. The developer portion of IBM Watson is also amazing and [has] very easy-to-use documentation [that] can help develop anything using the same. Clients, internal employees, and even directors love using IBM Watson compared to MATLAB.

Managing tasks, scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and getting things done have never been this easy before [IBM] Watson. Our team of 15 people use this and have never complained or missed any detail since then. We have also used it for customers and they are amazed [at] the capabilities [of] what Watson can do.
