Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

IBM [Watson Assistant] has done an amazing job. It has been installed in our marketing department and it is great to get an idea of the views of our beloved clients and thus, we can look for our potential clients as well. We can [also] provide our clients with feedback when our team is not online. Also, it assisted in getting analytics, and [through] its NLP platform, we can get an advantage to form its multiple languages.
  • We can place our marketing content on our website with this tool.
  • We can locate our potential clients.
  • It is providing our clients with a great customer experience.
  • Implementation of the data is handy.
  • We [didn't] find it an easy or user–friendly tool as we [had] to get assistance from another team of our department.
  • It is not a tool that everyone can easily understand and work on. [However,] all those who have experience in handling data analytics can make the maximum out of it.
  • I want the IBM team to [lower] its price as [we need it so that] we have [for] management anyway, but overall as compared to its competitors, it is way more expensive.
  • On the whole, the performance of our company [has increased].
  • Audit traceability has been made possible with it.
  • The customer service is enhanced.
  • The overall efficiency is increased to a massive level.
I am giving it a high rating because of the relief we have faced after its addition to our department. Although, it is not [very] user-friendly, which is intimidating for the new people in our department who have no prior experience. [However,] once they got [the hang of] it, they realized how facilitative it is, how easily they can look for potential clients, and how our clients are enjoying good customer service as well [because the] NLP is [so] beneficial for us.
[The] NLP feature has been a good addition [to] it. [Even though] we have used it in our previous experience, initially, we didn't recognize that IBM Watson [Assistant] has this. The Function of Disambiguation has made our clients satisfied as it has given them multiple choices to select from. Overall, everything is [providing] a good customer experience [for] everyone.
We [felt like Amazon Lex was a] trap, because [while] we consider it a credible
tool, to our surprise, it was not [as] efficient [or] as effective as IBM
Watson [Assistant] is. In a jiffy, IBM Watson [Assistant] has taken a special place [in our organization] and we [are not going to] replace it with any other. Although we are not satisfied with its pricing, we are glad about [how well it] works and this is what matters to us most right
now.

It is amazing, can perform multiple functions like emails
monitoring, [offers] enhanced customer support, and is also good for customer
management. It is a rapid tool equipped with advanced intelligence and it is
different from other tools as well. Its [only] major drawback [is] that can affect its
market value is its price and the not-so-user-friendly interface.
