We build voice and text bots over multiple channels (webchat, teams, voice, web, WhatsApp) In general we build these bots to lower the use of human contact centers and to provide answers to user questions using natural language. Also to automate parts of processes that require a lot of o time but are very repetitive.

I haven't used these functions in the projects, we only use the intent/entity recognition to provide input to a different tool to manage the workflow
