Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

We build voice and text bots over multiple channels (webchat, teams, voice, web, WhatsApp) In general we build these bots to lower the use of human contact centers and to provide answers to user questions using natural language. Also to automate parts of processes that require a lot of o time but are very repetitive.

  • Back-up
  • Editing facilities
  • A simple model buty very powerfull
  • Search of words in large models
  • Fuzzy entity search
  • up to 60% containment in a large call center
  • replacing a complete collection platforma to automate voice bot
its simple to use and very flexible, yet powerfull
I haven't used these functions in the projects, we only use the intent/entity recognition to provide input to a different tool to manage the workflow
  • Dialogflow (formerly Api.ai)
similarly powerful, but not a match in terms of entity definition intended for simpler workflows and problems
