Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

It helps our organization to build chatbots and virtual assistants with ease. This tool is very easy to use with the step-by-step process that helps us to save a lot of time. The best thing is its ability to reinforce learning is very good. It's very useful to code and deploy chatbots using IBM Watson Assistant. It's one of the best and most easy-to-use tools I have found for making a conversational AI project. IBM has done a great job in making it perfect for building chatbots and virtual assistants.

It's a must-have tool for chatbot development. It helped us to achieve our development goals on time with the increased efficiency of the chatbot. Its API features make it better and it's actually quite easy to build a chatbot using this tool. We haven't faced any kind of issue using this tool. Also, IBM support is also very reliable in case you get stuck.
Intent recommendation helped us a lot to classify the input provided to the chatbot and give a more specific reply to the user. Due to this one feature, we are able to make our chatbot more useful and likable by our customers. Also, this tool provides us with the ability to do voice and text integration that helped us to cater to a varied base of users and ultimately resulted in improved customer experience.

Also, the varied features we get are very useful for any NLP engineer that IBM Watson Assistant provides us. The ease to create bots and API features are some of the deal-breakers and make IBM Waston Assistant stand out.
