Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant
The IBM Watson helps with call retention. Currently, we have a large volume of customer services to answer questions and the Chatbot provides this information quickly and efficiently. In Education Area, the information changes quickly, so this platform supports the curator. Our scope is Informations about acadêmics doubts, finances, course, requests, academic notes, and faults.

Before to IBM Watson Assistant, we used simple flow that did not recognize intent, so many customer requests go unresolved and customers become dissatisfied; When we change to IBM, the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) started to gradually improve;
