Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

We use IBM Watson Assistant in our business as a tool for the creation of our chatbots. We receive many different messages daily, and with this platform, we're able to communicate and help our customers easier and faster. It is a very easy-to-use tool, which allowed us to reduce the time we spent building our chatbots.

It can be hard to understand at the beginning, but once you get a grip of it, it is very easy to use. Coding is fast and chatbots are set up with ease, something that we really liked as it did not take a lot of time to put in on our website.
Our customer experience has improved a lot thanks to IBM Watson Assistant. First, the chatbots allow customers to have an immediate answer, which reduces reply times and increases customer satisfaction. The process of conflict resolution was simplified and now we are able to handle more customers at the same time. Also, the voice and text integration has been really helpful, especially for communication processes.
We chose IBM Watson Assistant after reading some reviews of it, which turned out to be all true. It is a great software, technically very easy to use, there are a lot of video tutorials online and also a free trial. We discovered it was the perfect tool for us, we were able to set up chatbots and our experience has been amazing.

It's very helpful for organizations that have constant customer interaction as it facilitates the communication process as well as reduced reply times. It can be used online for websites, as customer help, and it brings many virtual assistant options that are great.
