Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

It was successfully able to bring sophisticated and simplified features for a robust chatbot building process.

Pros

  • The experience with the development of our virtual assistant was very user-friendly and easy to build.
  • Implementation was so easy,quick to set up,And its pricing module works out well.
  • Ease of use and very powerful.
  • Simple and intuitive approach for implementing conversation chatbot.

Cons

  • Difficult documentation for beginning users.
  • It should at least develop more text based tutorials or documentation.
  • Saves a lot of time and resources.
  • Has great customer support that are always ready to solve problems.
  • It's cost effective.
It's not complicated once you get knowledgeable about how it works. Also, it's a very powerful platform that will always have great services while working with it.
It has amazing features that are interesting when interacting with other users, especially when making for them chatbots.
