Using IBM Watson Assistant we have developed our ChatBot for instant messaging. Our platform is an eCommerce platform and sells products all over the world, hence we have trained the assistant for multiple languages so users from different language preferences can interact and get the information instantly. It helps us to lower the manpower and make our instant message system awesome.
