The system was fairly easy to understand and was laid out nicely. We primarily selected iCIMS for the promise of excellent customer service. After calling iCIMS clients vs. clients of other systems, there was strong positive feedback in this regard.

Support Rating

Support is super responsive. The ticketing system is a little cumbersome, but they are great at response times and making sure the question or issue is resolved.
