Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

We use it as an applicant tracking system and pipeline reporting.

Pros

  • It is not user friendly
  • No user documentation available
  • Dashboard is okay for at a glance and sees okay

Cons

  • integration
  • user experience
  • explainations
  • There are very few glitches, if any from the ATS Side
  • It's important to have references as it's easy to make mistakes
  • There are a variety of permissions you can set for controls
It is not intuitive and doesn't seem to integrate very well yet in which it makes things much easier.
