Overall Satisfaction with Ideagen Quality Management

IQM is used in my organization as a main global quality management solution. IQM serves as a platform for controlling documentation throughout the entire life cycle of a document, control and manage processes such as capa, change control, non-conformances, planned deviation and all aspects of supplier processes. IQM is also a vehicle for the audit activities, including internal audits performed to pre-defined checklists.

IQM is well suited to manage a quality management system to be used by professionals trained in the system. for individuals that come from a quality background IQM is fairly easy to pick up and work within, however it's less appropriate for people who do not have quality background but are still required to perform tasks within IQM. These people willl find IQM less user friendly and might be less likely to perform their tasks solely based on that.
