Overall Satisfaction with Ideagen Quality Management

We use Ideagen Quality Management for our compliance monitoring system. This software allows us to register, track and monitor all outstanding findings and observations throughout the various departments. The departments can enter the responses to findings themselves, after which our department can either approve or reject the finding response for further procecssing.

The flows in the software are customizable which makes that the software itself can really suit the processes within your company. The disadvantage of this possible customization, is that it can be pretty complex to make changes as a user yourself in the software as you are not doing that often. We found that the layout of the software had a bit an old 'look and feel'.
