Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use image relay to find photos, videos, and product information created by other teams. The Canadian division is separate from the other divisions so we don't get notified when there are new assets to both current and new products. Image replay gives me a central source to find everything I need without having to search or reach out to multiple different people.

Pros and Cons

Central location for all digital and video assets

Provides different formats for the assets

It would be great if you could format the size of the photo's posted before downloading them

Usability

It's very clear, well organized, and overall just simple to use. I can clearly navigate all our categories and it's very easy to download the assets you need. I also like how it very clearly separates the assets by type, (ie either photo, PDF, video, etc). Regardless of your location/division, it's just very clean and easy.

Support Rating

I have not had to reach out for support so can't comment on this. But based on the other functions of image relay I would assume it's solid.
