An absolute 10! I think this is what most sold us on Image Relay. The support is outstanding. From our initial onboarding call to this very moment IR's support team has been exceptional. Unlike other companies, they tend to be very proactive. They email, text, and/or call to make sure we are fully satisfied, if we have questions, if we need any type of help, and if we have any suggestions to make the system better. Simply the best tech support I have ever encountered.

Amazing. We are having a quick call once a week to be sure we are right on track. They answer all our questions right away and if they are missing something they will just find the answer and get back to us as fast as possible. There is no need to look elsewhere!

I haven't had a need to ask for support from the image relay team. But I give it an 8 because the media team has asked for support and they definitely receive what they need in time. It seems the Image Relay Support team is always willing to help their clients.

Our implementation team from Image Relay has been knowledgeable and responsive throughout the onboarding process. We haven't experienced many issues to date, but there are help tools built into the platform that enable you to chat with support or troubleshoot problems on your own. The implementation team also shared tips on how to better use the platform so that we could continue to educate our staff after our initial onboarding call.

I have never needed to contact the support of Image Relay, so I think that speaks for itself. It works in an easy way and we have never experienced any issue during the two years I've personally been working with it. No need to rate the support is the best way to rate the support!

The support has been nothing short of amazing! James at Image Relay has been an amazing DAM librarian and trainer and has gone above and beyond to answer all of our questions and also help at any time we need, whether through meetings, email, or scheduled trainer, we have had the best onboarding process we've ever had when starting to work with a new product.

Our rep, James Fox, is very responsive. I only gave a 9, instead of a 10, due to a recent experience where I had an internal client that had trouble and was in a bind for time. I used the help chat and it was not very quickly resolved.
