  • The portal is user friendly however it still requires modification to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
  • It only captures the data for India region, if the data from other regions will get add then the demand for this tool will rise up exponentially
  • The average time to hire candidate ranges between 45 to 60 days which is very positive aspects to meet the hiring needs timely.
  • The positive aspect of Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) is that it has a database of Quality applicant across India region.
