Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We hire 500-1200 independent contractor to work events in the United States.

Pros

  • Provide plenty of applicants.
  • Communicates quickly and well with our staff.
  • Workable dashboard after the event.

Cons

  • Needs a summary each day of hires vs. after the hiring event which could be 30 to 90 days.
  • Plenty of applicants so we only needed one hiring resource.
  • Didn't need the extra cost of temp agency.
  • Interviews set up automatically by the applicant vs. us having set up each interview.
Hands down the Indeed Hiring Platform reaches more applicants.

The hiring platform provides plenty of applicants. The staff at Indeed is responsive but the dashboard information for our large project should be redesigned so we can see daily or weekly hiring results.
