Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
At TD Synnex, we use the IHP for positions that require a large number of candidates (usually lower-level sales roles and warehouse positions). The tool allows us to conduct the entire interview process in one day in order to quickly fill our pipelines.

The Indeed platform gives you access to more of a variety of candidates. It is also easier to communicate with the candidates prior to the event. This platform does a very good job of tracking sign-ups and consolidating all of their info on one convenient spreadsheet.
