Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
We are constantly looking to fill hourly-level roles. Unfortunately, turnover is high at our organization. The platform allows us to constantly find new talent and ensure our organization is staffed.
- Sourcing.
- Managing Budgets to display open roles.
- Acts like a CRM with categorizing candidates.
- I would like to see the ability to pull positions by category and work within that category. You cannot keep filters in the system. When you hit the back button you need to refilter.
- Cost per hire.
- Speed of time to hire.
- Onboarding.
