Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We host hiring events weekly to screen, interview, and hire 20-30 people. The product allows our recruiters to screen and interview many more people weekly than the traditional "reach out and schedule" model. It also exposes our roles to many more people than simply using our traditional job postings and ATS. Generally, our Events fill up in 48 hours with 200 - 300 candidates signed up. We have a show rate of over 40% and generally interview 75 - 80 people weekly. The platform also allows our team to include many more "interviewers" than we have on a daily basis and gives "buy-in" to people outside our core team.
  • Inviting people outside of our traditional ATS to attend our Events.
  • Allow people to conduct screening and interviewing who do not typically belong to the Recruiting team.
  • Provide a platform for Audio and Video interviews similar to Google Meets and Zoom without a separate download.
  • Allow for sharing a Tab or sound file easily.
  • The event set up module needs a better way to limit the number of sign-ups per event. The automatic algorithm does not work for us.
  • During an event, interviewers and candidates need clear access to Support. (Possibly even video chat support?).
  • Faster time to hire vs traditional interview process.
  • 60% conversion rate for 2nd interviews.
  • High attendance rates to sponsored events.

This platform is wonderful for high-volume recruiting and hiring. It allows for many people to be interviewed quickly. It also allows the inclusion of people outside of the recruiting team to be involved in the interview process which contributes directly to the buy-in and support of new hires.
