Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
I use the Indeed Hiring Platform for onsite hiring events at the warehouses I recruit for. We see high no-shows for interviews and low response rates, so Indeed Hiring Platform events help to increase the number of shows and candidates RSVPing.
- Finding Candidates
- Easy for candidates to sign up for the event
- Timed reports/updates on events or quick applied
- Candidates have to fill out a lot of information, and they get confused or upset that it is not the application for our company
- Estimated 20% show rates at events, would love to try anything to increase that average
- Speed to hire
- Outreach to candidates in area
I use Glassdoor on top of my weekly events for the month. Another platform to market on. I did see increases in one of my locations.
