Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

I use the Indeed Hiring Platform on an almost daily basis with work. We use it for both job postings to pull in more applicants, to screen those applicants as well as reach out to a wider audience when we source. Indeed allows us to find more candidates than our company website alone.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Incredibly large applicant pool for jobs, great audience.
  • Allows for easy communication with applicants.
  • The interface is always updating, can change from week to week.
  • A few too many pages and steps currently when posting a job.
  • No way to block repetitive candidates from applying.
  • Speeding the time to hire.
  • Greater applicant pool.
  • Worth the cost (currently).
Indeed just has an incredibly larger audience to reach out to as well as such a simple and easier to use interface. I still use sites like ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn Jobs on the side, but I still find that the Indeed Hiring Platform is the most successful at finding me a large number of qualified applicants.

Yes

The Indeed Hiring Platform has allowed me to reach out to a broader audience of applicants versus just my company site. An example of this would be when we posted a Brand Ambassador role in the Toronto, ON area we would only get about 10-12 applicants through our company site, whereas through Indeed we would get about 150-200+ applicants. It has such a great applicants pool and tools to allow us to reach out to a wide variety of applicants and job seekers.
