Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
Our company uses Indeed Hiring through the Hiring Events option, it allows us to schedule an event and advertise it 2 weeks leading up to the event. On the event day, we can interview a number of attendees and always have success in hiring a few individuals from the events. It allows us to reach a different market and bring people onsite who have never applied or knew of Microchip prior.

- It definitely sped the time to hire for these certain direct labor roles
- We met people that fit in better for other roles we had that the applicant had no knowledge of prior to their conversation with us
- We got to share Microchip with the community and let them know more about what we do
The fact that I can schedule an event with the Indeed Hiring Platform is key for some of my roles. It allows us to get the Microchip name out there and we can meet with people from all walks of life and see how their personal experiences could benefit Microchip. I think it is key to have that face-to-face interaction and truly engage with people.
