Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The Indeed Hiring Platform event tool allows us to gain a large number of candidates in a short amount of time. It is very helpful when we have volume orders that require a lot of candidates to be submitted.

Pros and Cons

Allow face to face communication
Bring in a lot of candidates
Provide a waiting room

Including a wait time for candidates to see
Only allow candidates to enter the room during their RSVP Time
Not allowing candidates to have the “phone call” option

Return on Investment

Allowed us to not have to source candidates as long since we had people RSVP
It got overwhelming when more people RSVPed than intended
It was an easy way to get candidates quick and please our clients

Alternatives Considered

Brazen

The Brazen site allows you to chat with candidates rather than video chat which is a good option; however, it is a lot of fast typing in the allotted time. I’d prefer to have a face to face conversation with no time limit
