I use Indeed to post current openings, review resumes, find potential matches for current job vacancies and keep in contact with potential candidates. It has been very easy to use and has given us candidates that have filled several open vacancies within the last several months.

Indeed has provided many potential matches for several openings, the feature of being able to message applicants directly has been very helpful. Overall, the system is very easy to use but can use some help with lagging and more than often error messages.
