Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

We've used Indeed Sponsored jobs in hopes that application volume would increase and drive more brand awareness.
  • Drives more awareness for the organization
  • Since I've used the sponsored jobs, I've never felt fully confident on how to set them up with budgets and such. It seems that most times I've tried to sponsor job(s), I'd have to reach out to our account rep for support because we would barely get any views or applications and would still need to manually add a # to the job descriptions.
  • We haven't had any hires from Sponsored Jobs. Again, we are in healthcare and I do contribute to being part of the challenge in hiring.
We've had very few applications come through for clinical roles such as nurses, but we have not hired anyone through Indeed Sponsored Jobs.
No
Any time that I have had questions, my account reps have been super responsive and supportive with getting on calls and walking me through processes.
Indeed just has a better user experience platform. ZipRecruiter does feel clunky, however, our sponsored jobs have already resulted in several more applications and a couple of hires.

Do you think Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs)'s feature set?

No

Did Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs) again?

Yes

Part of sponsoring the jobs still feels a bit manual and we didn't really have any success in sponsoring any of our jobs. That said, my industry is healthcare and that alone has created an increase in challenges for hiring so I don't think Indeed sponsored jobs are necessarily the only issue.
