Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

I use Indeed every single day, several times a day. I along with one other Administrative Assistant are in charge of all Indeed Ads across the country for our company. We place ads, converse back and forth with all applicants and schedule all interviews.
  • Gives me more than enough applicants.
  • Ease of scheduling interviews.
  • Scheduled interviews are sent directly to my calendar along with their resume.
  • Sending me qualified applicants.
  • Making sure that changes to the program work before implementing them.
  • Cost is too high.
  • Turn around is great.
  • Applicant quality can be a bit low at times.

I will say that everyone is very nice and tries to help but overall when I have asked for support, everyone is either out of the office or has to find someone else who can help me, which takes longer than expected.

Gives me more applicants. I have to say that we do get applicants applying but as for them showing up that's another story all together.

  • I don't like the new set up for typing messages to the applicants, the screen is too small and I can't see what I sent to them previously. Too much clicking to make the window larger or smaller and scrolling to see what was said previously.
  • When I am trying to schedule an interview and I click on Set Up Interview a new window pops up and completely covers the whole screen so you can't see who you were talking to and what day and time they asked for.
