Overall Satisfaction with Influitive
We implemented Influitive for a few use cases:
- Formalizing our sales reference program
- Identifying customer advocates for marketing efforts
- Recruit participants for usability and beta testing
- Sourcing product feedback
Pros
- Influitive makes it easy to target requests to relevant customers, so they don't overwhelm others
- The interface makes it incredibly easy to get requests out to customers and source volunteers. You can make a variety of asks and it's simple for customers to participate.
- Communicating with customers is simple. Being able to interact on the discussion board and privately message members is a life saver.
Cons
- While Influitive is very customizable, but there are still some features that could be tweaked to allow for different types of users.
- Increased customer satisfaction
