Overall Satisfaction with Infor CloudSuite ERP

We use the Infor CloudSuite ERP as our primary business system to facilitate all aspects of our business. The suite includes ERP, PLM, EAM, CRM and Infor OS applications. The entirety of our business processes from quote to cash are covered using these applications.

Pros

  • Handling all modes of discrete manufacturing.
  • Full coverage and understanding of costing.
  • Business process insights as to how the business actually functions.

Cons

  • Part revision considerations for Enterprise Planning.
  • A single source of business process definition across the suite of software.
  • Additional capabilities to handle complex pricing agreements.
  • We have been able to produce and ship more product with less people since implementing the CloudSuite solution.
  • We have identified business process improvements that have reduced our manufacturing lead-times while improving on time delivery to our customers.
  • The system capabilities and single repository of data has enabled us to spot and correct business issues within hours of the occurrence instead of days or weeks.
The configurability of the software solution gives the system capabilities to address any manufacturing need. This configurability maybe seen as complexity, but once set the configuration, you will not need to change things unless you are addressing business changes.
Infor CloudSuite ERP presented a better manufacturing solution and value proposition for our business.

Infor CloudSuite ERP is well suited to handle any method or mode of manufacturing. The system is very capable in providing accurate insights into product and operational costing for our business. Some may find the flexibility to address these methods of manufacturing to be complex in operation.
